light soy sauce

Preparation method

  • To make the marinade, boil the dashi, ginger, and soy sauce for two minutes.
  • Marinate the meat in the mixture for five minutes.
  • Heat the hot stone in an oven at 200°C for one hour.
  • Cook the rump on the hot stone at the table. 

Serving suggestions

  • Serve with cold green tea noodles.
  • Serve, for example, with rice, avocado, mushroom, cucumber, or spinach components.
