Preparation method

  • Bring the water and milk to the boil and then remove the pan from the heat.
  • Place the marshmallows in the warm liquid and allow them to melt.
  • Add the ProSorbet to the mixture.
  • Blend with a hand-held mixer until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Fill the Pacojet cups with this mixture, freeze to -18°C, and churn into ice cream.

Serving suggestions

  • As a refreshing and affordable ice cream that children will love.
