Tabasco sauce

Preparation method

  • Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, spices, and the lemon juice.
  • Season to taste with salt and a little Tabasco sauce.

Serving suggestions

  • As a sauce with a fruits de mer cocktail.
  • As a hamburger sauce or a dipping sauce for chips.
