Ingredients

Preparation method

  • Finely chop the herbs.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Store in an air-tight container in a dry and cool place.
  • Cover the product with a layer of the rub and allow to marinate for at least 24 hours.

Serving suggestions

  • As a marinade for lamb neck, lamb shoulder, or leg of lamb.
  • As a marinade for whole chicken or turkey.
