Ingredients

Preparation method

  • Dice the cheese roughly and blend in a Robot Coupe until it is a fine crumble.
  • Place all the ingredients in a pot and warm up very slowly to melt the cheese.
  • Simmer on low heat for 5 hours to infuse.
  • Strain through a fine sieve.

Serving suggestions

  • As part of a main dish, e.g. with components of onion and chamomile.
