Preparation method

  • Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  • Finely chop the mint leaves.
  • Pour boiling water over the sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • Add the white wine vinegar and mix.
  • Only mix the mint with the liquid shortly before serving, otherwise the leaves will discolour.

Serving suggestions

  • Serve with a lamb roast or with poultry.
