fresh peas, blanched






fresh mint, finely chopped

As needed:


salt and pepper

Preparation method

  • Warm up the peas in the butter and a little water.
  • Finely chop the mint.
  • Mix the mint with the hot peas and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately.

Serving suggestions

  • With a dish with lamb or poultry.
  • As a base for a pea purée.
  • Tip: make rolls of minted butter to be able to process large amounts.
