Preparation method

  • Crush and peel the garlic cloves.
  • Mix the lime juice and orange juice with the salt.
  • Stir well until the salt has dissolved.
  • Add the oil, cumin, and the garlic.
  • Store in the refrigerator until use.
  • Cover the product with the marinade and refrigerate for at least three hours. 

Serving suggestions

  • As a marinade for pork or chicken.
  • As a marinade for shellfish and crustaceans such as lobster, langoustine, or oysters.
  • As a marinade for octopus and squid. 
  • As a marinade for whitefish such as mackerel, red gurnard, or corvina.
