Preparation method

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour through a fine-meshed sieve.
  • Freeze in the Pacojet to -20°C and churn into ice cream.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a dessert with a salad of various types of exotic fruit.
  • As part of a dessert with components of coconut, ginger, kiwi, lime, mango, and nuts.
  • Perfect paired with pineapple, banana, grapes, and chocolate.
