Preparation method

  • Clean and trim the mushrooms.
  • Put the mushrooms and almond oil in a vacuum sealer bag and pull vacuum.
  • Store in the vacuum sealer bag until use.
  • Remove from the oil and season lightly with salt.

Serving suggestions

  • In a composition with mushrooms, celeriac, and bacon vinaigrette.
  • In a composition with chicken ravioli, leeks, and truffle.
