Ingredients

confit mustard seeds

Dijon mustard

Chinese hot mustard

Kewpie mayonnaise

finely chopped spring onion

cucumber

 

 

salt and pepper

Preparation method

  • Finely dice the cucumber (brunoise).
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Stir to form a homogeneous mixture.
  • Season to taste with a little salt and pepper. 

Serving suggestions

  • As a sauce with a bread roll with oven-cooked pork belly.
  • As a cold sauce with charcuterie.
  • As a cold sauce with a fish dish.
