sweet potato

honey

oats

As needed:

 

nuts or cruesli

Preparation method

  • Dice the sweet potato very finely (brunoise).
  • Bring the milk to the boil with the honey and the sweet potato brunoise.
  • Once the sweet potato is nearly done, add the oats and cook for a little longer.
  • Set the oats aside to cool completely.
  • Serve with nuts or cruesli.

Serving suggestions

  • As a power breakfast.
  • Extra delicious served with thinly sliced apple or banana.
