As needed:

Preparation method

  • Butter the dishes.
  • Break one or more eggs into the dishes.
  • Cook softly on a hot plate or a flame distributor over a gas burner.

Serving suggestions

  • You can top the eggs in a number of ways. For example, with a fresh herb salad.
  • Or, green asparagus tips and asparagus coulis.
  • Or finished with fried morels or mushrooms with bacon bits.
