Orange and caraway salt
The salt absorbs the flavours of the caraway seeds and orange. Add a little of this salt to a dish just before serving to add an extra dimension.

Preparation method
- Heat the caraway seeds in an oven at 60°C.
- Grate the orange zest above the salt and mix well.
- Mix the caraway seeds with the salt.
- Store covered in a dry place.
Serving suggestions
- As a flavour enhancer for meat or fish.
- As a dry marinade for roast beef or salted meat.
