Ingredients

honey

balsamic vinegar

Preparation method

  • Put the orange juice in a pan together with the honey and clove, bring to the boil, and then reduce by half. Set aside to cool.
  • Mix the vinegar, oil, and orange juice reduction to make a vinaigrette.

Serving suggestions

  • As a dressing for a salad with various types of cheese.
  • As a dressing for a salad with components of carrot, sweet potato, and parsnip.
