Preparation method
- Mix all the ingredients, except for the brunoise-cut cucumber, into a smooth paste in a blender or with a hand-held blender.
- Add the brunoise-cut cucumber.
Serving suggestions
- With a salad containing shellfish or crustaceans.
- With fish prepared with Japanese flavourings.
