parmesan cheese, very finely grated

flour

Preparation method

  • Combine the finely grated parmesan with the flour.
  • Sprinkle a very thin layer of this mixture in a hot non-stick frying pan and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • Store in an air-tight container with silicone granules.

Serving suggestions

  • As an amuse-bouche or cocktail snack.
  • As a crispy garnish in a summer salad.
  • As a crispy garnish in a composition with tomato, avocado or courgette.
