Ingredients

passion fruit coulis

Preparation method

  • Mix all the ingredients together in the planet mixer or in a bowl using a whisk.
  • Set in the refrigerator to rest for twelve hours.
  • Thinly spread the mixture onto baking mats and bake in an oven at 160°C for eight minutes.
  • Leave to cool and store in an air-tight container with silicon granules.

Serving suggestions

  • As a garnish for desserts or as a friandise.
  • As part of a dessert with components of coconut, ginger, kiwi, lime, mango, nuts, pineapple, banana, grapes, and dark and white chocolate.
