grenadine syrup

blood peaches, chopped

Preparation method

  • Finely blend the blood peaches together with the grenadine in the blender and pass through a fine sieve.
  • Add the lemon juice for acidity.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a dessert, e.g. with white chocolate, blueberries, and yoghurt.
  • As a component in a dessert, e.g. with a pomegranate and red fruit salad.
