Ingredients

fresh peaches

tbsp

butter, clarified

butter, in cubes

honey

fresh mint, finely chopped

Preparation method

  • Cut the peaches into the desired shape.
  • Briefly fry the peaches in the clarified butter.
  • Add the honey and allow to briefly caramelise.
  • Now caramelise the peaches all around.
  • Add cubes of butter until you have a lovely rich caramel.
  • Sprinkle with the fresh mint.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a dessert, e.g. with vanilla ice cream.
  • As a component in a dessert, e.g. with walnuts and Greek yoghurt.
  • Delicious with lavender, citrus and tarragon.
