Peaches fried with butter, honey and mint
This is a simple but very tasty dish that goes well with a cold or frozen component.

Ingredients

fresh peaches |

butter, clarified |

butter, in cubes |

honey |

tbsp |
fresh mint, finely chopped |
Preparation method
- Cut the peaches into the desired shape.
- Briefly fry the peaches in the clarified butter.
- Add the honey and allow to briefly caramelise.
- Now caramelise the peaches all around.
- Add cubes of butter until you have a lovely rich caramel.
- Sprinkle with the fresh mint.
Serving suggestions
- As a component in a dessert, e.g. with vanilla ice cream.
- As a component in a dessert, e.g. with walnuts and Greek yoghurt.
- Delicious with lavender, citrus and tarragon.
