Preparation method

  • Prepare a Peking duck.
  • Cut the breast of the Peking duck into long, wide strips.
  • Roll a strip of meat with the cucumber and spring onion in the spring roll wrapper.
  • Deep-fry at 180°C until crisp.

Serving suggestions

  • Serve with a sweet and sour tomato sauce or hoisin sauce.
