green sweet pepper

Preparation method

  • Briefly pan-fry the cube roll in a hot pan.
  • Julienne the green pepper finely and slice the onion into thin rings.
  • Fry the onion and green pepper in olive oil until golden brown.
  • Cut the cube roll into strips and fill the bread roll.
  • Lay the onion and green pepper on top and melt the cheese over the top.

Serving suggestions

  • As a filled roll for lunch.
  • As a snack.
  • Create variations, for instance with an avocado spread and a tomato salsa.
