Preparation method

  • Stir the fresh cream cheese until loose.
  • Add the piccalilli and mix well.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serving suggestions

  • Delicious with a roll filled with veal tartar.
  • Serve on brioche with a veal croquette.
  • Serve as a spread on a roll with warm cooked ham.
