Preparation method

  • Combine all ingredients to dissolve the sugar.
  • Thinly slice the apples.
  • Heat and pour over the thinly sliced apples. Set aside for several hours.
  • Use the same day or the next day.

Serving suggestions

  • Perfect in a composition with components of sea bass, koriander, and lime.
  • Delicious in a dessert with white chocolat, lime and avocado.
  • As part of a mignardise.
