Chardonnay vinegar

Preparation method

  • Clean the rose petals thoroughly. 
  • Heat the Chardonnay vinegar and then add the sugar. Continue to stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Season to taste with salt and allow to cool.
  • Put the rose petals in a vacuum sealer bag and pour in the vinegar. 
  • Leave to marinate for at least 24 hours.

Serving suggestions

  • Delicious served with pigeon, parsnip, and beetroot.
  • Perfect with brown shrimp, Jerusalem artichoke, and nasturtium.
  • Delicious in a composition with components of wild strawberries, pistachio, and olive oil.
