ginger, chopped into pieces

Preparation method

  • Bring the water, vinegar, sugar, ginger, and coriander seeds to the boil.
  • Remove from the heat and leave the mixture to cool down to room temperature.
  • Use a melon baller to scoop small pearls from the turnip.
  • Put the turnips and the pickling liquid in a vacuum sealer bag and pull vacuum.
  • Store in the refrigerator until use.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a composition with avocado, crab, apple, or quinoa.
  • As part of a light and tangy salad.
