Ingredients

Chardonnay vinegar

sugar

salt

nasturtium flowers

Preparation method

  • Bring the vinegar, sugar, and salt to the boil until the sugar and salt have dissolved.
  • Set aside to cool completely.
  • Place the nasturtium flowers in a vacuum sealer bag and add the cooled-down pickling liquid.
  • Vacuum seal and allow to infuse for 24 hours.
  • Use the pickling liquid to pickle other products.

Serving suggestions

  • Perfect for pickling radishes.
  • Goes well with components of orange, duck, and potato.
  • You can also use the pickled petals in a dish.
