Preparation method

  • Bring all ingredients to the boil until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Allow to cool and keep in the refrigerator.

Serving suggestions

  • For a further preparation such as pickled enoki mushrooms, pickled cucumber, or pickled sweetcorn.
