Popcorn crumble

This is an interesting way of adding sweetness or saltiness to a dish while changing the texture instantly. Consider, for example, 'breading' tomatoes with ground popcorn instead of seasoning them with salt and herbs. The flavour is fantastic and they look stunning as well. Any number of flavours can be easily added to this crumble.
