Preparation method

  • Remove the membranes from the tangerine segments.
  • Weigh the juice that remains after you cut out the tangerines.
  • Mix it with the icing sugar at a ratio of one to one. Add the tangerine segments and leave to infuse for several hours.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a dessert, e.g. with several tangerine components.
  • As a component in a composition with yoghurt, tarragon, basil, or red fruits.
