Ingredients

sushi vinegar

quinoa oil

quinoa praline

Preparation method

  • Mount the egg white and sushi vinegar with the oil.
  • Add the praline and dilute slightly with a little water.

Serving suggestions

  • Use to dress a quinoa salad.
  • As a component in a composition with fennel, celeriac, leek, or tomato.
