Preparation method

  • Mix the rice cake with the spices and the salt to form a crumble using a blender.
  • Store in an air-tight container until needed. 

Serving suggestions

  • As a crunchy component in a starter or dessert.
  • As a component in a composition with carrot, sweet potato, and citrus.
