Raspberry 'poffertjes'

'Poffertjes' (mini pancakes) are to Dutch gastronomy what windmills are to the country's landscape. They are a great basic idea to embroider on and low-threshold, because there is no need to explain what a pancake is. Apart from that, poffertjes have a texture that goes exceptionally well with fresh fruit, sauces and various types of ice cream.
