Ingredients

Preparation method

  • Mix the curry with the oil.
  • Set aside to infuse for at least 24 hours.
  • Strain the herbs from the oil.
  • Store in a sealed container at room temperature.

Serving suggestions

  • As a basic ingredient for a mayonnaise or egg white crème.
  • To finish off a beurre blanc.
  • As a subtle flavour enhancer for a composition.
