Preparation method

  • Peel the rhubarb.
  • Cut the rhubarb into thin ribbons. 
  • Bring the other ingredients to the boil and pour over the rhubarb while still warm. 
  • Set aside to cool in the marinade.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a dessert composition with white chocolate, yoghurt, and bananas.
  • As a component in a dessert composition with tarragon, orange, and honey.
