Ingredients

sweet peppers

basil

clove

garlic

black olives

ml

olive oil

 

 

salt and pepper

Preparation method

  • Roast the sweet peppers in the oven and remove the skins.
  • Put the sweet peppers together with the other ingredients in a blender and mix until you have a nice tapenade.
  • Add olive oil until you have a smooth pesto.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serving suggestions

  • As a spread on a roll or sandwich with smoked or grilled chicken and grilled marinated vegetables.
  • As a spread on a roll or sandwich with cooked ham and cocktail onions in Balsamic vinegar.
