Preparation method

  • Preheat the oven to 160ºC.
  • Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stems, and place with the other ingredients in an oven dish. Cover tightly with aluminium foil.
  • Roast for 2 hours in the oven.

Serving suggestions

  • Use as a basic ingredient in a soup or sauce.
  • Delicious combined with BBQ foods, like sea bream with lemonbalm and oregano.
  • Get creative and add different herbs like thyme, oregano and/or sage.
