Ingredients

anchovy fillet

shallot, finely diced

As needed:

Preparation method

  • Finely chop the rocket, anchovy fillets, and pine nuts.
  • Grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice.
  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Season to taste with salt.

Serving suggestions

  • In a composition with components of beef, black garlic, and butter.
  • In a composition with components of halibut, capers, and cauliflower.
  • In a composition with components of Parmesan cheese, artichoke, and tomato.
