Shichimi tōgarashi (Japanese seven spice powder)

Preparation method

  • Combine the sushi vinegar with the salt and the shichimi tōgarashi.
  • Clean the radishes and cut in half lengthwise.
  • Marinate for at least 8 hours.

Serving suggestions

  • As a garnish in salads.
  • As a side dish.
  • As a snack.
