Savora mustard sorbet

Savora mustard is a slightly-sweet, smooth French mustard. Cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg, among other ingredients, are used to make it.

Preparation method

  • Dissolve the soaked gelatine in a little warm milk.
  • Use a hand-held blender to mix all the ingredients to form a homogeneous mixture.
  • Fill Paco-Jet cups with the mixture and allow to freeze completely.
  • Stir just before serving. 

Serving suggestions

  • As an amuse-bouche or as an accompaniment to a starter.
  • In combination with components of cucumber, cabbage, chicken, lamb, cheese, pork, salmon, or fennel.
