rinsed, finely chopped sea lettuce

seaweed powder

Preparation method

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a food processor.
  • Mix the wet ingredients together and add them to the dry ingredients.
  • Next, fold in the seaweed.
  • Fill small madeleine moulds with the mixture and bake for five minutes at 160°C.

Serving suggestions

  • Delicious as an amuse-bouche or as part of a starter or an entremets.
