Seaweed crème
Gohan Desuyo is a seaweed and soya sauce paste that strongly resembles kombu in terms of flavour. You can use this to make a delicious seaweed crème without too much effort.

Preparation method
- Mix the crème fraîche with the Gohan Desuyo.
- Season to taste with a little salt.
Serving suggestions
- As a component in a composition with plaice, dashi, and cauliflower.
- As a component in a composition with smoked bacon, onion, and Jerusalem artichoke.
