Gohan Desuyo is a seaweed and soya sauce paste that strongly resembles kombu in terms of flavour. You can use this to make a delicious seaweed crème without too much effort.

Gohan Desuyo (seaweed paste)

crème fraîche

As needed: 

 

salt 

Preparation method

  • Mix the crème fraîche with the Gohan Desuyo. 
  • Season to taste with a little salt.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a composition with plaice, dashi, and cauliflower. 
  • As a component in a composition with smoked bacon, onion, and Jerusalem artichoke.
