Ingredients

crate

mushrooms

3

 

shallots

2

cloves

garlic

 

 

roasted almonds

 

 

hazelnut oil

 

 

hazelnuts

 

 

salt and pepper

Preparation method

  • Roughly chop the mushrooms.
  • Finely chop the shallots and garlic.
  • Gently fry the shallots and garlic in oil.
  • Add the mushrooms and sauté until done.
  • Set to cool and cold smoke.
  • Put in a food processor and blend, seasoning with salt, pepper, hazelnut oil, and hazelnuts.
