Soda grapes

This is a very surprising technique in which you treat grapes with carbon dioxide. The result is a grape that tickles the tongue and brings to mind the feeling of champagne. You can vary this recipe by adding different liquids. For example, try making Kir Royale grapes by adding a little Crème de Cassis and white wine.

Recipe makes 330 grams.
