Preparation method

  • Lightly season the sole fillets with salt. Allow to stand for a while and then pat the fillets dry with kitchen towel.
  • Fry the sole fillets in a frying pan with a little oil.
  • Glaze with the black bean sauce and continue cooking the filets until done.

Serving suggestions

  • As an amuse-bouche or a starter with a component of spring onion and rice.
  • As a component in a composition, such as a cold preparation of noodles and pickled cucumber.
