Ingredients

feta cheese, in crumbs

Preparation method

  • Wash the spinach thoroughly and leave to drain.
  • Finely chop the spring onion, garlic, and onion and gently fry them in olive oil.
  • Add the spinach, dill, and feta cheese.
  • Leave the mixture to cool.
  • Stir the raw egg into the cold mixture and leave the mixture to drain.
  • Place a sheet of filo pastry on the work surface, lay a thin stripe of filling on top, and roll it up.
  • Brush with olive oil and bake in an oven at 180°C until golden brown.
