Ingredients

ground cardamom

coriander seeds

black pepper

Preparation method

  • Add all the ingredients to a pan and heat until the salt has dissolved.
  • Cool and store the brine in the refrigerator until use. 

Serving suggestions

  • As a brine for large cuts of pork such as pork neck.
