Preparation method

  • Clean the chicken if necessary, and season liberally with the tandoori masala and salt. Don't be shy! You can fully coat the chicken in the tandoori masala.
  • In a frying pan with the oil, fry the chicken on medium heat. Make sure that the meat is just cooked but is not drying out.

Serving suggestions

  • As a component in a salad, with quinoa, avocado and roasted sweet pepper, for example.
  • As a component in a main dish, with rice pilaf and roasted pumpkin, for example.
