Preparation method
- Peel the pineapple and cut into cubes.
- Boil all the other ingredients together.
- Add the pineapple and bring back to the boil.
Serving suggestions
- As part of a starter or amuse-bouche, e.g. with quail satay or pork belly.
- Delicious with paté or raw ham. Also delicious when combined with crustaceans.
