Preparation method

  • For the marinade, mix the oyster sauce, fish sauce, palm sugar, and sesame oil and marinate the silverside overnight in the refrigerator.
  • For the dressing, mix the finely chopped lemongrass, the red and green chillies, the garlic, sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice.
  • Grill the silverside to perfection on a hot grill.
  • Cut into thin slices and drizzle over the dressing.

Serving suggestions

  • Served as a salad with components of cucumber, bean sprouts, citrus, radish, etc.
  • Served as a starter with horseradish mayonnaise and components of onion, radish, bean sprouts, celery, cucumber, ginger, etc.
